My Story. My Why.

For my entire career, I’ve worked at the center of complex programs and transformations, where expectations are high, stakes are real, and success depends on aligning stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and delivering consistent results in environments that are never simple.

I grew up playing competitive sports, which shaped me into a driven, goal-oriented individual. This mindset carried into my work. Others seen chaos, I began noticing patterns. I became known for stepping into complex environments, uncovering the real issues, and building frameworks that allow teams to move forward with focus, momentum, and tangible outcomes.

Over time, I noticed something about how organizations operate. When teams are stuck, it’s rarely because people are not capable. More often, priorities compete, ownership is unclear, and leaders are trying to move fast without the operational structure needed to support them.

My years inside a global enterprise gave me a unique vantage point, seeing how organizations scale, how strategy can break down in execution, and what it takes to align people, processes, and technology to consistently deliver results.

This is why I do what I do. I see firsthand how positive leadership and well-designed systems enable humans to thrive. I believe it’s essential for people to know there is a different, more orderly way to work and live. One where clarity, alignment, and structure allow both organizations and individuals to perform at their best.

Now, I'm open to full-time or part-time roles as a COO, Program Executive, or Advisor. I partner with leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and operational complexity. I bring structure to fragmentation, alignment to competing priorities, and disciplined execution to ensure strategy becomes results.

Outside of work, I support my husband's drag racing business, a parent of two teenagers, and train for mountain runs with friends. I understand firsthand the mental load of juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. This perspective deepens my appreciation for systems that reduce friction and allow people to focus their energy on what truly matters.

Solution for Mental Load

Mental load is the invisible coordination of holding everything together, at work, at home, and everywhere in between. For many people, especially working parents and leaders, it becomes a constant background pressure that drains energy and focus.

 

I'm exploring how systems thinking and technology design can help reduce that burden. This community is where I share ideas, research, and experiments focused on solving mental load in thoughtful and ethical ways.
